Lunch: 1 slimfast meal bar
Dinner: fettucine alfredo sidekick with a hotdog
snacks: 2 pieces of melba toast and welchs fruit snack

SUNDAY
breakfast: 2 bowls of special K with 1% milk
lunch: sandwich (whole wheat bread w/ 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of chees, lettuce and mustard)
Dinner: a tim hortons turkey sandwich with chicken noodle soup
Snacks: 2 handfuls of fruit juice berries

exercise: tae bo tape and 200 crunches

SATURDAY:
breakfast: nothing
lunch: i cant remember!
dinner: taco bell :(
and noooo exercise :( i suck!

lunch: peanut butter and crackers
dinner: pasta with soup
snacks: 2 rice krispy squares and a popsicle
exercise: 200 crunches and half hr on the bike
